Where is our shop ?
We are based in Sri Lanka and operating an online business through our website, facebook and instagram pages.
What are the handmade products made of?
We use high quality cements, colors and sealers which are completely sustainable to the environment.
Do we accept returns/refunds?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind, therefore we encourage customers to choose the items correctly before making payments. However, in the rare case that the item arrives damaged please contact us at ancilla.srilanka@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item. If we agree to a refund, we will process the refund with 10 business days. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terrazzo- Design of small chips of stones, cement embedded in a irregular pattern.
