Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind, therefore we encourage customers to choose the items correctly before making payments. However, in the rare case that the item arrives damaged please contact us at ancilla.srilanka@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item. If we agree to a refund, we will process the refund with 10 business days. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
